A-TACS LE Edition

Check out one of the newest patterns to come out of the A-TACS line. The LE (Law Enforcement) edition pattern is available for purchase at www.schottfabrics.com.

The A-TACS LE camouflage print was developed in conjunction with law enforcement professionals. It has been described as a uniform meant to be a “show of force” pattern, not designed for concealment. This definitely seems to be the case, as this pattern is both stylish and recognizable. Be prepared to see tactical entry teams and specialized units to start sporting these colors.

For every purchase of an A-TACS uniform including the LE pattern, Digital Concealment Systems will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Spirit of Blue Foundation, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing officer safety and fulfilling LE safety equipment and training needs.

Will A-TACS LE be as famous as the LAPD blue uniform? At this point, only time will tell. Comment below if that is a pattern that you’d be interested in, and visit the Airsoft GI Facebook to check out the latest news!

Fusion Engine in a Nerf Gun?!

This airsoft gun will certainly draw heads.

The guys at Bingo Airsoftworks have put put a Fusion Engine inside of a Nerf gun! This is the Nerf Vulcan, which has been custom converted to fire BB’s instead of the normal nerf rockets. This guy has a functional box magazine that can hold up to 4000 BBs, and has some upgraded accuracy internals too.

Would you be interested in a custom fitted fusion engine installed into something that isn’t an airsoft gun? How about a Ninentdo Super Scope? Or perhaps a giant Super Soaker? Comment below!

Gryffon Dragon Spine Belt – For Both Shooters and Airsofters

After years of being around firearms, tactical gear, going out shooting, training, and practice, I found out that for some situations keeping it simple is actually better. When I first started playing airsoft back in 2005 I had a replica CIRAS plate carrier with an excessive amount of pouches on it. The plate carrier was extremely heavyI did not really need all the pouches I had. It was not until I got into firearms that I realized “less is more”. You could do more with less equipment because of the weight and simplicity factor.

If you have read my previous articles, you know that I run a Banshee Plate Carrier and Suregrip Battle Belt system for my primary loadout. The pouches on my plate carrier and battle belt are bare essentials. I not only save weight, but simplicity can make me more efficient on grabbing my equipment out of the pouches. That is the reason why I like Gryffon, the new gear company that just surfaced on the tactical gear market. One particular item caught my eye is the Universal Shooter Belt. I already have a lot of ways to utilize this belt system.

Safety Above Everything – Gryffon Aerie Rifle Case

Gun bags are an integral part of responsible firearms ownership, and this follows for airsoft as well, since the latest airsoft guns on the market are nearly indistinguishable from their real steel counterparts. If mishandled in public, airsoft guns are subject to cause a great deal of concern, as the average citizen may mistaken them for real firearms.
